Reservation Specialist:

American Land & Leisure has been managing Campgrounds, Day Use Areas and Boat Launches for over 25 years and in 9 states across the country.

There are Two Shifts: 10:00 am - 2:00 pm or 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm. Tell your preference to the person interviewing you.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Answer phone calls and emails.
• Help guests (make reservations, cancel reservations, answer questions and

help with concerns and complaints).

• Process charges and refunds.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Customer service and phone experience.
• Confident in written and verbal communications.
• Camping knowledge.
• Team player.
• Able to manage their time and prioritize.
• Must have own computer and internet service.
• Must live within 1 hour of the Corporate Office in Pleasant Grove, Utah, USA
